Why is it that people are afraid to show their true "faces" instead of the masks they like to wear?
Myself included, I wear a mask as well one that I reluctantly wear for everyone I meet. I know why I have to wear it, because they can’t hand...le the face that is under it, either that or life is much simpler when you wear one. What is a mask you might ask, masks are something, emotion, thoughts , feeling your true character your mask. I let people see what they want to see, I ask what I question. This may not make sense, but it has actually nothing to do with anyone but I really dislike humanity in general,(no I’m not going to go around killing people- sarcasm in case you can‘t tell). I hate use in the sense that we are flawed, but seek perfection within ourselves ( we seek to be godlike)and others? Why is it that we are vain?, animalistic creatures? Although many deny it, we are animals in the sense that we destroy ourselves and the planet in our path of evolution, not the evolution as humans but in technology advancement. But what is this evolution really? Is it the destroying of ourselves and others? I believe that instead of evolving as humans we are doing the opposite. Because the way I see it, although we have all these churches and schools, humanity is still vain, and very, very flawed, and its only getting worse as we “evolve.”
This brings me back to my mask, basically it means I cannot show my true self to others, otherwise my life will become more complicated. My mask is part of my life and life always wither away sooner or later ( but I rather it be later than sooner).Read More
